Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
For WhatsApp, yes — a Meta business account and an approved number. Everything else works without it, and SMS needs only a Twilio or MessageBird key.
Will the AI reply in my name without me seeing it?
Not unless you switch that on. It is off by default: the agent assesses the conversation and drafts a reply as a note, and a person sends it. Turn auto-reply on and it still hands over to a human after a set number of messages.
Can it read my calendar?
Outlook and Google, once you connect them. Reading busy time is optional and separate from writing events, so you can let it book without letting it read.
What happens to leads when a campaign is paused?
They are still captured. Nothing is sent, and the enrollment waits — the person is never lost because the campaign was not running.
Do you resell leads?
No. There is no shared lead pool. Every workspace holds only its own data.
